Signs your site is due a rebuild

It's slow, and you know it

Every extra second of load time costs conversions. If your site takes four seconds on a phone, half your visitors never see it.

It looks dated next to competitors

Visitors judge credibility in about 50 milliseconds. A tired design tells them you've stopped trying, even when you haven't.

It breaks on mobile

Most local searches happen on a phone. Pinch-to-zoom menus and cut-off forms send those customers straight to the next result.

Traffic arrives, enquiries don't

If people visit but don't call, the problem isn't marketing, it's the site. Weak calls to action and buried contact details leak enquiries daily.

You can't update it yourself

If changing a phone number means emailing a developer and waiting a week, the site is working against you.

It embarrasses you

The honest one. If you hesitate before sending someone your web address, that instinct is telling you something. Trust it.

The engineering bit

Redesigned without losing your rankings

The biggest risk in any redesign is invisible: URLs change, content gets cut, and rankings that took years to build evaporate in a fortnight. We treat your existing search equity as an asset on the balance sheet.

01 · AUDIT

Map what's working

We audit your current rankings, top-performing pages and inbound links before a single pixel moves.

02 · PRESERVE

Protect the equity

Every old URL gets a 301 redirect. Content that ranks is improved, not deleted. Metadata carries over, upgraded.

03 · IMPROVE

Rebuild faster and sharper

New design, new build, sub-2-second loads, stronger calls to action, the visible improvements, on solid foundations.

04 · VERIFY

Measure after launch

We monitor rankings and Core Web Vitals post-launch and fix anything that moves the wrong way. That's included, not extra.

Questions

Redesign questions, answered straight

How much does a website redesign cost?

Every redesign is quoted bespoke, it depends on the size and state of what you're rebuilding. The quote is always fixed before we start; tell us what you're running through the form and you'll have your number within 48 hours.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Not on our watch, protecting rankings is step one of our process, with a full redirect map and content audit before launch, and monitoring after. It's the reason clients come to us for redesigns specifically.

Can you work with my existing branding?

Yes. A redesign doesn't have to mean a rebrand, we'll work with your logo and colours and make them look their best. If the brand itself needs work, we'll say so honestly and quote it separately.

How long does a redesign take?

Most redesigns launch in 4–6 weeks. Your current site stays live and untouched until the new one is ready to switch over, there's no downtime.

What happens after launch?

Most redesign clients move onto a maintenance plan so the new site stays fast and secure, and many switch to our managed hosting at the same time. Both optional, both recommended.
