KG Glazing

A glazing and installation specialist covering windows, doors, conservatories and glass replacement, with one complication most trades sites never handle: half its customers are planning a project, and the other half are staring at a broken window at 2am.

The brief

A FENSA-registered installer with over a decade of hands-on experience and hundreds of completed installations, and two very different kinds of customer. Homeowners researching new windows browse and compare; someone with a shattered patio door at midnight needs a phone number in two seconds. One site had to serve both without confusing either.

The build

A brochure website with a split spine: service sections for windows, doors and conservatories for the planners, and a 24-hour emergency route kept visible from every page for the panickers. Separate residential and commercial paths, galleries of real installations, testimonials where doubt happens, and a prominent quote form for everything that isn't urgent.

Why it works

Trades websites fail when they make the visitor think. This one doesn't: planners get detail and proof, emergencies get a phone number, and both get a business that looks as professional online as it is on site. It's the template for every trades build we quote, from Kent to Stockport.
