The brief

Positive Behaviour Support is specialist work bought by very different people, a parent seeking help for their child, a school leadership team, a care provider preparing for CQC, a clinician pursuing qualifications. Each arrives with different vocabulary, different urgency and different questions. A single generic "services" page would fail all of them.

The build

An architecture organised around audiences, not org charts: seven "Supporting…" service areas, Providers, People, Schools, Learning, Teams, Clinicians, Sleep, each a self-contained front door with its own copy and journey. Team profiles with real credentials, a five-step process that demystifies engagement, and a news section for the evidence base. The same information-architecture discipline we bring to every multi-service build.

Why it works

Trust is the entire product in this sector. The site earns it structurally: every visitor lands on language written for them, meets the actual humans behind the service, and sees exactly what happens next. Professional services firms, from consultancies to accountants, buy websites for exactly this reason, and it's why our website redesigns for established firms start with architecture, not colour.

ON THIS BUILD
  • Audience-first service architecture, 7 front doors
  • Team section with 9 professional profiles
  • Five-step engagement process, made visible
  • News/blog for evidence and CPD content
  • National reach: face-to-face and remote framing
