Money questions
How much does a website cost?
Every website is priced on what you need: page quantity, custom configurations, ecommerce and bespoke features all move the number. Tell us about your project through the form and you'll have a tailored, fixed quote within 48 hours. What drives the number is explained honestly in our pricing guide.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The quote covers design, build, copywriting and launch. Ongoing costs, hosting, maintenance and your domain, are optional, modest, and stated up front in your quote. No surprises in year two.
Do you take payment plans?
Standard terms are 50% to start, 50% at launch. On larger projects we split by phase. We're flexible about structure, inflexible about the total.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Design rounds continue until you sign off, nothing gets built unapproved. That's also why the free homepage mockup exists: you see our standard before spending a penny.
Process
How-it-works questions
How long does a website take?
Brochure sites 3–4 weeks, ecommerce 6–8, apps 8–12. You get a preview link from week one and the timeline in writing at quote stage.
What do you need from me?
A kick-off conversation, photos if you have them, and prompt answers when we ask questions. We write the copy, design the pages and handle the technical lot, your job is knowing your business, which you already do.
Do you redesign existing sites or only build new?
Both. Redesigns are half our work, including protecting the Google rankings your current site has earned, which is the part DIY rebuilds get wrong.

Will my website rank on Google?
Every build ships with the technical SEO done, structure, schema, speed, keyword-targeted pages. Rankings then build over months, not days; anyone promising page one by Friday is selling something else.
Do I own my website?
Completely, domain, content, code, on final payment. No lock-in, no ransom, no "platform fee" surprise in year two.
Will I be able to update it myself?
Yes, content, photos and prices through a CMS you'll be trained on. Most clients pair that with a maintenance plan for the technical upkeep.
Is the site accessible and GDPR-compliant?
What happens if something breaks?
On our hosting and maintenance, we usually know before you do and fix it as part of the plan. Otherwise, email us, emergency work is quoted fixed like everything else.
